I recently tried out some Linux distributions on my Acer Nitro V15, specifically PopOS. Now, my boot order is messed up, and I can't see Windows listed as an option in the BIOS, although it's still present on my second drive. I really need access to the files there since I use some software that doesn't work on Fedora, which is the Linux distribution I'm currently running.

Are you seeing a Grub menu when you boot up? If it's just letting you choose Fedora, that means it might not have detected Windows at all. You might need to check your BIOS settings or reinstall Grub.
One straightforward fix is to try unplugging your primary drive. Many laptops will auto-detect the Windows loader if they can't find another boot option, even if it's missing from the EFI boot list. Just remove the first drive, boot up, and see if Windows shows up again.
