I was playing Roblox with my girlfriend on my Lenovo Ideapad 5 2-in-1 when it suddenly shut off. Now it won't turn back on or display anything. I've attempted a hard reset and tried the Control + Windows + Shift + B shortcut to no avail. This laptop cost me $600 and I've only had it for a few months, so I'm really concerned about what might have happened and if there's a chance to fix it.

If your laptop is still under warranty, your best bet is to reach out to Lenovo for support. If not, you might want to try unplugging the battery to reset the hardware. That could help!
Just a heads-up, if the battery is soldered on, that might complicate things. If you're comfortable, getting to the battery to disconnect it could be worth a shot!
You could also try connecting your Ideapad to an external monitor. This way, you can see if it’s a display issue instead of a power problem. And as for the battery, make sure to disconnect it from the motherboard safely before reconnecting.
