Help! My Lenovo Laptop Keeps Blue Screening – What Should I Do?

I've been having a tough time with my Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 15ACH6. It's been randomly blue screening, displaying errors like 'Critical Process Died' and 'Unexpected Store Exception.' This happens even when I'm just opening it, and occasionally when I'm trying to play Valorant. Sometimes it works fine, but other times it crashes. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm not sure how to fix this. Any ideas on what the issue could be and how I can resolve it?

First things first, we need to get some dump files. These are crash logs that can help us pinpoint the issue causing the blue screens. If you can manage to boot into Windows, check for dump files in C:WindowsMinidump. If you find any, compress the folder into a zip file and upload it to a file-sharing site like MediaFire or Catbox. This way, we can analyze them and get closer to solving your problem!

I managed to upload my dump files here: [https://www.mediafire.com/file/uwv8cexsri7sou8/Minidump.zip/file](https://www.mediafire.com/file/uwv8cexsri7sou8/Minidump.zip/file). Hope that helps!
