Hey everyone, I have a Logitech K400+ keyboard that was working perfectly until I upgraded some components in my computer. The mouse function is still operational, but for some reason, the keyboard won't type. It does work in the BIOS, but once I'm in Windows, it doesn't respond. I've tried using the Unifying app and the Logi Options app, both of which recognize the device, but I'm still at a loss as to why it won't type. Has anyone experienced this issue?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a driver conflict, especially since the keyboard works in BIOS. I recommend going into Device Manager, locating the keyboard under either Human Interface Devices or Keyboards, and uninstalling all Logitech entries, including the Unifying Receiver. After that, reboot your computer without launching any Logitech software; let Windows reinstall the drivers automatically. If that doesn’t help, try plugging the receiver into a different USB port—Unifying receivers can be finicky with USB 3.0, so using a USB 2.0 port might do the trick.

I tried switching ports and uninstalling the drivers as suggested, but still no luck. The Unifying software recognizes when I press keys, but they just won’t type in Windows.
