Help! My MacBook Pro is Unresponsive After Installing Tahoe

I just installed Tahoe on my 2010 MacBook Pro (model a1278), and now it's frozen! The startup works, and I can reach the login screen, but neither the keyboard nor the trackpad are responding. I can't do anything at all. How can I revert back to my previous setup? I know, I probably shouldn't have tried this in the first place.

It sounds like you might have bitten off more than you can chew by installing Tahoe on unsupported hardware. If you were using OpenCore Legacy Patcher without backing up your original system with tools like Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper, you're in a bit of a pickle now. But don’t worry, there are a few potential routes you can explore.

What options do I actually have? Can I still access anything to recover my files?
