I'm facing a frustrating issue with my setup after getting a new monitor. If I turn off the monitor, I have to restart my PC completely to get the display back on. I've discovered that this problem doesn't happen when I switch to HDMI 1.4 in the monitor's firmware. It seems like it might be a bandwidth issue.
