I recently upgraded my PC by replacing my Ryzen 7 3700X with a Ryzen 7 5800X and added a Corsair Nautilus 360mm cooler. I also swapped out my case, but kept all other components the same, including a 6600XT graphics card and two sticks of 8GB (16GB total) Corsair Vengeance RGB RAM. Now, after the upgrade, my monitor, keyboard, and mouse won't power on, even though the RAM and GPU RGB lights are working and the fans spin up normally. I've already tried resetting the RAM, removing the GPU, and replacing the BIOS battery. Is there something else I can try?

It sounds like your motherboard might not be compatible with the Ryzen 5000 series out of the box. I recommend you reinstall your old CPU first, then update the BIOS to the latest version before reinstalling the Ryzen 7 5800X. This is crucial because some older motherboards weren’t built to support the 5000 series without a BIOS update.
By the way, I noticed you mentioned some pins on your old CPU are bent. If that's the case, you might run into issues even after updating the BIOS. You could try gently straightening the pins with a small tool, but be careful! That might salvage it if the damage isn't too severe.
Make sure to check all your cables first. If you've upgraded your PSU, avoid reusing the old cables; even if they seem compatible, it can cause issues. For modular PSUs, ensure every connector is fully plugged in. Also, don't forget to check that the CPU power cable is connected. If you still get no response when powering on, ensure the case power button is correctly connected and try shorting the power pins with a screwdriver.
Thanks for the tips! I've swapped out the cables, but I'm still not getting anything to power on.

Thanks! I’ll give that a shot.
