I recently tried to set a custom resolution on my 75Hz monitor using the Intel graphics settings. I accidentally changed the refresh rate to 80Hz, and now I get a 'Input Not Supported' message every time I boot my PC, resulting in a black screen. I can't see anything, not even the cursor, and I've unplugged and re-plugged everything with no luck. I can't access the monitor's menu from the buttons either, and I'm not sure if my keyboard and mouse are working. Is there any way to reset my resolution or fix this issue?

You might consider connecting your PC to a TV as a temporary solution. Once you have it set up there, you can change your display settings back to the recommended settings for your monitor. Just remember to switch back once you're done!
If you can't access safe mode through the usual method, you might need to force a shutdown and restart a few times. Windows should automatically boot into recovery mode after several failed attempts, where you can select safe mode from there.
That sounds tricky! But if that's the only option left, I guess it's worth a try.
Try rebooting your PC into safe mode. This will allow you to access the display settings without the current resolution issues. If you're not sure how to access safe mode, it usually involves pressing F8 while your computer starts up, but you may need a specific method based on your version of Windows.
How do I actually get into safe mode if I can't see anything on the screen?

I do have a TV, but it's too big to move. My PC is upstairs, and the TV is in the living room, so that's not really feasible.
