Help! My Monitors Flash Black When I Set Them to 240Hz

I've recently built my own PC and have been able to troubleshoot most of my problems, but I'm hitting a wall with my monitor's refresh rate. I have an RTX 5070 Ti and two 240Hz monitors, and I've set everything in the Nvidia app and control panel to 240Hz. However, whenever I try to set my desktop display above 165Hz, my monitors start flashing black during fullscreen activities like gaming or watching YouTube. I've double-checked the Nvidia settings, and they're fine, but the constant black flashing is really frustrating.

What cable are you using to connect your monitor to the PC? Hitting 240Hz requires a high-quality cable, especially at higher resolutions, to handle the data.

If you’re using lower-quality cables, they might not be able to handle the bandwidth for 240Hz. It might be worth upgrading to a better cable.

I'm using the native resolution, but I can't remember exactly what it is. The primary monitor has a $30 cable, while the second one has the stock cable it came with. But both are still having that flashing issue.
