I'm trying to remove my z790 motherboard, but it's stuck and I can't figure out why. I've checked for screws and unscrewed everything I could find, but it doesn't budge at all, even when I try to wiggle it a bit. I've also pushed from the I/O area, but nothing happens, and I'm worried about damaging it. Any advice?

Make sure you've checked all the standoffs. The z790 typically screws in at about nine points. If you’ve already removed all the visible screws, the I/O shield might be causing it to stick. Sometimes those plates can snap into the case, so try pushing the I/O shield inward to see if that helps free the motherboard.
You might want to open the back panel of your case. That could help you locate any standoffs that could still be in place and might be holding the motherboard tightly. Dealing with this can be frustrating, so take your time with it!
If it feels like it might be wiggling slightly but still doesn't pull out, check around the I/O shield. Sometimes it helps to give that area a little push to see if it releases. Just be careful not to apply too much force.
