I recently experienced a power outage while updating my Gigabyte x870e Aurora Elite WiFi motherboard. Now, it's giving me a "4f" error code every time I try to start it up, and I can't even get a display. I tried clearing the CMOS by removing the motherboard battery, but it still shows the same error. To make things worse, there's now a white light illuminating the area above the battery, which I don't remember seeing before. It was working perfectly fine until this happened. Any advice would be really appreciated!

Just pulling the battery usually isn’t enough to fix a corrupted BIOS. You should try using the flashback function on your motherboard. The manual will guide you through it, but it’s your best bet to recover from this.
The best way to recover from this corrupted BIOS is to perform a BIOS flashback, like the Gigabyte Q-Flash Plus method. You’ll need to attempt the BIOS update again using that process.
I tried that, but now my PC powers on and just sits there with a blank screen. Am I missing something?
