Help! My MSI Pro Z690-A Motherboard’s Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Won’t Work

I recently assembled a server build using some second-hand parts I bought on eBay, including a motherboard and CPU. While the system runs fine, I've encountered a significant issue: the Wi-Fi functionality on my MSI Pro Z690-A motherboard isn't working at all. I've attempted a variety of troubleshooting steps, such as updating the BIOS, toggling the Wi-Fi settings in the BIOS, and installing and reinstalling the necessary drivers, but nothing seems to help. In fact, I can't even see the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth adapters listed in the device manager or control panel. At this point, I'm beginning to suspect that the Wi-Fi chip might be broken.

It sounds like you might be dealing with a hardware issue since the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are typically handled by a single chip on the motherboard. If the drivers aren't picking them up at all, it's possible that the chip itself has failed.

I can't even find the chip on the motherboard to check!
