I've been struggling with this network adapter issue for a week now. I have a Lenovo 300e 2nd gen running Windows 11, and I'm using the Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz driver recommended by Lenovo. A friend factory reset this laptop before giving it to me so I'd have a fresh start. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi doesn't show up at all, meaning I can't connect to anything.
I've tried downloading the drivers from Lenovo's website, performing network resets, and even updating the hardware, but the Wi-Fi is only available for about 10 seconds after a hardware update before it disappears again. I live in an apartment complex where I can't access the router, but everyone else seems to be connected just fine.
When I check the device properties, it states, "This device cannot start. (Code 10) (Operation Failed). The requested operation was unsuccessful." Any suggestions would really help!

Factory resetting doesn’t always give you a completely clean system, and it can actually leave things a bit messy. If you can, I recommend doing a complete clean install of Windows for a better experience. If that’s not an option, try uninstalling the Wi-Fi adapter drivers completely. Go to Device Manager, enable 'show hidden devices,' and delete all instances of the Wi-Fi adapter. If prompted, choose to remove the driver files, reboot your laptop, and then install the latest drivers from the Lenovo site again. Also, check that the Wi-Fi isn't disabled in the BIOS settings and make sure airplane mode is off (you can usually toggle that with a function key too).

Which drivers do you suggest I reinstall after uninstalling?
