I recently bought this gaming PC from the marketplace, but it kept crashing with a greyscreen and memory-related errors while playing games. It passed the Cinebench test, so I figured the RAM wasn't the issue. I decided to switch to a new case and bought some new RAM, but now when I power it on, the fans spin, and everything seems to work, but I get no display on the monitor, and my keyboard and mouse aren't lighting up. I've tried reseating all the components, clearing the CMOS, and turning it on and off multiple times. I don't think the power supply is the problem, but I'm not sure what else to try before taking it to a repair shop. Any suggestions?

If your CPU or motherboard has integrated graphics, remove the GPU and connect your monitor to the onboard HDMI or DisplayPort. If you can get into the BIOS, then the GPU might be the issue!
How many RAM slots are you using? If you've only populated 2 out of the 4, that might be worth checking on.
Since the B550M-A has HDMI and DVI ports, try connecting your display directly to the motherboard without the GPU. That might help narrow down the issue. Also, sharing your complete specs might help!
I don't have integrated graphics on my CPU. Here are my specs:
- 16GB DDR4 RAM 3200MHz
- GTX 1660 Ti
- Ryzen 5 5600X
- AIO cooler
- 500W Thermaltake PSU
- 500GB SSD
- 2TB HDD
My CPU doesn’t have integrated graphics, and my motherboard doesn’t support it either.
