I've recently built a new gaming PC, and I'm stuck with no display input at all. I've gone through a lot of the basic troubleshooting steps—I've updated the BIOS using flashback, and I've ensured that my HDMI cable is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard. The GPU does show some life, as a red light briefly turns on when I power down the PC. I've also tried switching the cables around in the power supply and have tested both GPU ports on my motherboard.
I've reseated all the RAM and tested various configurations, plus I confirmed that both my HDMI cord and monitor are functioning properly, as they work with my Xbox. I've even tested multiple HDMI cables and a DVI cord, but still no signal. I've also tried using the integrated graphics by plugging it into the motherboard, but that didn't work either. I even tested with another monitor, but that also didn't help. Any other suggestions?

Sometimes it can be an issue with the GPU itself. Since the red light only comes on when you turn off the PC, it might not be fully initializing. You could try reseating the GPU again or testing with another compatible GPU if you have one available.
Have you checked the specs of your system? Since your CPU has integrated graphics, make sure you're plugging your monitor into the motherboard when checking for a signal. It might also be worth considering that your GPU could be dead if nothing is showing up at all.
