I recently got a used ASUS Dual NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 6GB OC Gaming Graphics Card, and I'm running into a few problems. I've got two monitors set up, but one isn't being detected. I'm using a DVI to HDMI converter for the non-working monitor and just a regular HDMI for the other. I've updated my NVIDIA drivers, but it seems like nothing's helping. Also, when I launch Minecraft, it gives me an error about OpenGL support. I'm not super tech-savvy, so I'm feeling pretty overwhelmed and just need some clear steps to fix these issues. Any advice would be awesome!

As for your HDMI setup, sometimes the converter can be the issue. If you have a chance, try swapping cables or using a direct HDMI connection if possible. For the monitor issue, ensure that your display settings in Windows recognize both monitors. Right-click on the desktop, select "Display settings," and look for the multiple displays section.
I get that tech can be super frustrating! For the OpenGL error in Minecraft, that usually means that either your GPU drivers aren't correct, or the game needs a specific version. Make sure you've uninstalled the old drivers first, then check for updates on the NVIDIA site specifically for Minecraft compatibility. Sometimes rolling back to a previous version can actually work better than getting the latest!
First off, try downloading DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely uninstall your current GPU drivers. Make sure to look for version 566.36; anything newer might cause issues. You'll find DDU on its official website — just search for it and you should see it pop up. After uninstalling, you can reinstall the recommended driver version. Also, check your connections to make sure everything is plugged in correctly. That might help with the undetected monitor issue!

Thanks for the heads up! I'll look for DDU right now. Could you help me out with where exactly to find that older driver to uninstall?
