I just received a new iPhone 16 for Christmas, and I was over the moon until I tried switching from a physical SIM to an eSIM. After deleting the eSIM, my phone now displays 'SOS Only.' You can either head to your carrier's store or use their app to reactivate a new eSIM for your line. It's usually pretty straightforward!
