I recently assembled a PC for my wife using some spare parts, but I'm running into a problem where I can't see any display. When I try to install the OS, there's no signal to the monitor, and I can't even access the BIOS. All the fans are spinning, and the PC stays powered on, but there's no beeping or any lights. I've already removed the graphics card to see if the onboard graphics would work and have taken out all but one stick of RAM. What can I do to troubleshoot this issue?

You might want to reset the CMOS. Sometimes, that can fix display issues. Also, check to make sure everything is seated properly. Don’t forget to power on the monitor before you start the PC!
Have you tried using different cables? And does your CPU have onboard graphics? It’s worth checking if the motherboard has any warning lights, too. Lastly, make sure your GPU is disconnected if you’re trying to use the onboard graphics.
I only have one DVI cable, but it works fine with my other PC. Yes, the CPU does have onboard graphics. There are no warning lights on the motherboard, and the GPU isn't installed.
I reset the CMOS, but no change. The monitor was on the whole time.
