Help! My New PC Build Won’t Post – What Am I Missing?

I'm new to PC building and trying to get my second build up and running, but I'm having issues. When I power on the motherboard, it doesn't post at all and shuts down shortly after. The onboard LED display shows a generic EC error code without any specific indicators. Here's what I have:

- Hyte Y70 case
- Taichi Lite X870E motherboard
- Be Quiet! Dark Power 14 1200W power supply
- AMD Ryzen 9950X3D CPU
- G.Skill Trident Z5 Royal Neo DDR5 RAM (64GB, 6000 MT/s)
- Samsung 990 Pro SSD (4TB)
- Zotac 5080 GPU
- Trix Panorama 360 AIO cooler
- Lian Li Uni wireless fans (10 units)

A little backstory: during the early stages of assembling, I had the motherboard running without video output to check BIOS and everything seemed fine. I later realized I hadn't used both 8-pin CPU headers and plugged in the second one, but since then I've only been getting this error. I've updated the BIOS via ASRock's website and have used the flashback feature just in case there was a compatibility issue. I've also tried various RAM slots and combinations, and reset the CMOS battery both through the button on the IO and manually.

I'm hoping I haven't overlooked something obvious. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!

Have you tried letting the system sit for a bit? AM5 CPUs can take some time to train the memory before they post. Sometimes it might show a black screen for several minutes. I've seen builds take anywhere from 5 to even 17 minutes just to get past that part before they eventually post. Just be patient with it!

Thanks for the tip! I would, but the system keeps powering off after about 30 to 90 seconds on its own. I've tried turning it on at least 20 times now.
