I've been struggling with painfully low FPS on my brand new PC and can't seem to figure out what's wrong. Despite trying many suggestions, I'm stuck. I've installed all the necessary drivers and even reset my RAM. However, I can't seem to change the Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) settings or the graphics options on my monitor, which I believe could be the main issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

When you mention "changing the amount of VRR," do you mean adjusting your refresh rate? If your refresh rate is stuck at, say, 60Hz due to an outdated cable, your FPS won’t go any higher than that if VSync is enabled. Make sure you're using a suitable cable that supports your monitor's refresh rate.
I really don’t know why it's so low, I’m getting almost zero FPS in all games. I just want to fix it!
