Help! My New PC Won’t Boot After Being Off for an Hour

I built my PC just two months ago, and now I'm facing a frustrating issue. After it was turned off for about an hour, nothing displays on the screen when I try to boot it up. I've already tried using multiple monitors and different cables. I removed the graphics card and tested each RAM stick individually in the A2 slot, reseated the CPU while making sure all the pins were okay, and even tried booting the system without the graphics card using just one RAM stick.

I messed with the CMOS reset pins, too, but maybe I didn't do it correctly since I just touched them together with a flathead screwdriver. I also attempted loosening the CPU cooler based on some suggestions I found, but that didn't resolve the issue either.

Currently, my motherboard lights indicate there are problems with the CPU and RAM. All fans, including RGB ones, start up, but the monitors show no signal. My keyboard doesn't light up when connected, and my USB dongle for the headset doesn't either. Here are my specs:
- CPU: 98003XD
- GPU: 9070 XT
- RAM: Vengeance 6400 DDR5
- Power Supply: Steel Legend 1000W
- Motherboard: ASRock B850M Pro-A (I see yellow and red diagnostic lights).

I have some spare parts from an older computer, so I'm wondering if there's anything else I can test or try. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Have you checked for any odd smells coming from the components? Also, it might be worth checking the current on your motherboard. Sometimes that can give clues to what's wrong.

No smells detected. I'm going to find my multimeter and check the current now.

It sounds like your graphics card or motherboard could be faulty. Have you had a chance to try out a different graphics card?

I haven't tried a different card yet, but I did remove the GPU and attempted to boot with the integrated graphics, which didn't work.
