I just built my new PC, and on my first boot, I was able to enter the BIOS and make some changes. The BIOS mentioned it would reset, but now I'm getting a 'no signal' error on my monitor. Did I accidentally mess something up? What should I do?

It sounds like you might have enabled an XMP or EXPO setting that isn't compatible with your system. Try resetting your CMOS to get everything back to the default settings. You can do this by using the reset button, shorting the connectors (check your manual), or removing the battery for a few minutes. This should help you boot up again!
Make sure all your cables are properly connected, especially the power cable to the graphics card and monitor. If your BIOS changes messed with settings like display output, resetting the CMOS as mentioned before could also help you get your signal back.
