Hey everyone! I just bought a 65" Q7F Samsung TV, and I'm having a real headache trying to connect to the smart hub. Every time I try, I get this annoying message saying 'ISP Blocking Services.' I've reset my entire network, and the TV connects to both WiFi and Ethernet, but I still can't access any of the apps. I even called my ISP (AT&T), and they insist it's an issue with the TV itself. I reached out to Samsung customer support, but you know how that goes. Should I just exchange the TV? I'm fed up with being on hold!

It sounds like there might be a problem with port forwarding on your router. You might want to check if your TV needs certain ports to be opened, and then forward those ports to your device.
Just so you know, Samsung's servers have been down lately. It’s likely not your ISP or the TV at all that's causing these issues.
Wow, I really hope that’s the case! I kept getting a maintenance message too.
