Help! My Newly Built PC Won’t Boot Up

I just finished assembling my PC, and everything seems to be powered on—the fans and RGB lights are working fine. However, when I connect it to my monitor, all I get is a black screen instead of the BIOS. My motherboard doesn't have diagnostic LEDs, so I'm a bit lost on what might be wrong. I've tried clearing the CMOS and rearranging the RAM sticks, but nothing seems to change. Can anyone suggest what I should try next? Here are my specs: CPU: Ryzen 5 7600x, Motherboard: ASUS B650E GAMING WIFI, RAM: Gskill flare x5 series 32GB DDR5-6000 CL36, Storage: 990 PRO 2TB Samsung, GPU: ASROCK AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT, PSU: MSI MAG A750GL PCIES 750 Watt.

What's the exact model of your motherboard? If you can get a PC speaker, plug it in to hear the post codes or beeps. That could give you clues about what’s causing the issue!

It's the ASUS B650E Max Gaming WiFi. I have a speaker, but I can't find a spot to connect it on the motherboard.

Does your motherboard have onboard video capabilities? If it does, try connecting your monitor directly to the motherboard's video output instead of the GPU. Sometimes, that helps bypass GPU-related issues.

Make sure everything is connected properly, especially your power cables. Ensure the PSU is fully seated on the motherboard. If there's still no signal, it might be worth testing with another GPU, if you have one available.

First, try reseating your CPU. Sometimes, a slight misalignment can cause issues. Also, double-check for any bent pins in the CPU socket; that can prevent the system from booting up properly.
