I've been without a decent PC for the past decade, and I'm excited to finally build my own! I've done some research and, with help from AI tools, I'm considering the following components:
- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D (4.7 GHz) TRAY
- **CPU Cooler**: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 A-RGB
- **Motherboard**: ASUS PRIME B850-PLUS WIFI
- **Memory**: 2x32 GB DDR5-6000 Kingston FURY Beast RGB (AMD EXPO)
- **GPU**: ASUS Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB PRIME OC
- **Storage #1**: Kingston FURY Renegade G5 1 TB SSD
- **Storage #2**: Samsung 990 PRO 1 TB SSD
- **PSU**: ASUS TUF Gaming 1000 W Gold
- **Case**: NZXT H6 Flow
Does this setup look good to everyone? Any tips or suggestions?

Your setup looks solid! I don't see any major issues, but you might save a bit with a 900W PSU instead of 1000W. Plus, I'm guessing your budget is pretty flexible? But hey, no one wants to upgrade for a long time after investing this much!
Consider a different case; NZXT has been known for problems. I prefer the Lexar CL26 2x16 6000 RAM over Kingston Fury as well. Just a thought!
Got any recommendations for alternatives to NZXT besides Fractal?
What's the advantage of having two SSDs instead of a single 2TB one? I'm getting back into PC building and would love some insights!
It's more about personal preference. Some folks just like using different drives for various purposes outside of gaming.
Awesome build! I recently put together something similar, and it's running great! Just a heads-up: while the ARCTIC AIO cooler should fit in the NZXT H6 Flow, it's a tight squeeze. Make sure to plan for limited cable space. Also, if you're mostly gaming, a single 2TB SSD could simplify things!
Thanks for the heads-up! I'll keep that in mind. Cheers!
Finding good quality 64GB DDR5 seems to be a challenge right now, but overall, it’s a fantastic build! Just remember, managing two drives can be a bit tougher than having one 2TB drive. Also, RAM prices are quite high currently, partly due to AI companies buying up stock.
I noticed that too! Seems like we’re stuck with these prices for a while, especially with AI tech booming.

Honestly, I'm more focused on not having to upgrade for the next decade. I don't want to deal with that hassle! :^)
