I tried to log into my custom-built desktop, which is about five years old, and after logging in, it said no boot drive was detected. On subsequent attempts, I got a message saying there was no boot system and I needed to select a boot device. Even though the BIOS recognizes my SSDs, I couldn't get it to boot from the one with Windows installed. I then tried to reinstall Windows on a different SSD, but I keep getting a message saying my PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements for installation. My system includes a 1TB SSD for games and a 256GB SSD for Windows, with 32GB of RAM (4x8GB). I've never overclocked it and rarely use more than 14GB of RAM at once. I'm wondering if the issue could be related to my wireless card, but I don't see how it would affect the boot.

Have you tried resetting the CMOS battery? This will clear the BIOS and reset it back to its default settings. Also, since you have four sticks of RAM, it might be worth removing two of them and just using the ones in slots 2 and 4. Sometimes, having all four in can cause issues when installing Windows.

I just tried that, but it didn't change anything in the boot process or my ability to install Windows.
