Hey everyone, I upgraded my PC last month, and since early June, I've been dealing with random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors showing the code "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL." I've tried updating my drivers (found one missing, but it didn't help), scanned my RAM and confirmed there's no hardware issue, and did some tweaks in the console. Still, it crashed again just an hour ago, and I wasn't doing anything taxing. I tried using Bluescreenview but I could really use some guidance on what it all means (here's a link to the dump file info: https://imgur.com/a/FeNoyre). I read some hints about unauthorized memory usage online, but I'm not sure how to fix this without wiping everything, which I'd rather avoid if possible.
By the way, I also have a folder with the DMP error files here: https://www.mediafire.com/file/o9udi2la0att8bx/BSOD_dmp.zip/file.

First things first—updating your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version might help. If everything in those BIOS menus looks stable, you can grab the latest version (7B86vHN) from MSI's website. After that, make sure to download the latest AMD chipset drivers specifically for your motherboard model. Sometimes drivers can cause strange crashes, so getting these updated could make a difference. Let us know if the crashes stop after these updates!
It sounds like you're having a frustrating time with those BSODs! First, you should get a hold of those dump files for a better analysis. Try checking the folder C:WindowsMinidump for any existing dump files. If you find some, zip them up (right-click, then send to Compressed (Zipped) folder) and upload them to a file-sharing site like Catbox or Mediafire. The more dump files you can provide, the better insight we can get into what's going wrong. Also, make sure Windows is set to create Small Memory Dumps, as this will help capture the necessary details for troubleshooting.
Got it! I’ll take a look at my BIOS and chipset drivers. Just to clarify, how can I tell if my BIOS menus are stable? And I found some sources suggesting that using an older BIOS version might be better for stability. Should I stick with the latest or downgrade?
