I just factory reset my PC, but now I'm stuck with a message saying 'Let's connect you to a network' and it shows 'unidentified network' with no internet access. I can't do anything like open Task Manager. Is there any way to bypass this and get my PC working again?

Looks like you're stuck on that setup screen after the reset. I recommend performing a clean install of Windows if you can. Just disconnect from the network before resetting, then you'll see the option for 'I don't have Internet'. If you need help, you can find steps on how to do it here: https://rtech.support/windows/
Here's a screenshot of what I faced during my own factory reset. I had the same issue—nothing opened, and I was just stuck. It can be frustrating! If all else fails, considering a fresh installation of your OS might be the best route.”,
You might need to reach out to the support team for assistance since they could need to finalize the reset or installation for you. Meanwhile, try this: access the Command Prompt—press Windows key + F10, type 'CMD', and hit enter. In the Command Prompt window, type 'OOBEBYPASSNRO' and press enter. This should restart your device and allow you to click 'I don't have internet' during the setup.
Make sure you're running CMD as an admin. That might help with the command not being recognized!

I tried that command, but it gave me an error message saying 'OOBE' is not recognized. What should I do next?
