My PC has been working fine for the past 2-3 months, but suddenly it crashed. Now, every time I log in, I get a message about drive errors and it prompts me to restart. When I restart, it just goes back to the same error without repairing anything. I can't reset Windows because it crashes, updates won't install, and I can't access the Windows recovery environment. The Windows media creation tool also doesn't work, claiming I don't meet the Windows 11 requirements, even though it came with Windows 11 pre-installed. I'm stuck in an endless loop of crashes with a message saying "your system ran into an error and needs to restart." Any ideas on what I can do?

Just to add more to GamerGuru's advice, if you can't resolve it in BIOS, it might be worth checking your SSD. If it's reporting drive errors, it could very well be the cause of the crashes. I recommend running diagnostic tools if you can get into any boot menu. A clean installation might be necessary if things don't improve, but that’ll also wipe your files, so be careful with that.
You might be able to fix this by accessing your BIOS. When you boot up, repeatedly press F2, F10, F12, Del, or Esc—these keys can vary by model. Look for options like "restore backup" or "restore from last known good configuration." There's also a default restore option, but be cautious as it could reset a lot. Make sure to back up any important files beforehand because you might lose data in the process. Also, consider giving your PC a good cleaning. Sometimes, dust can cause stability issues.
