Help! My PC Keeps Tripping the Circuit Breaker

I've encountered a strange issue with my computer lately. Every time I try to power it on after work, it causes the electricity in my bedroom to go out. This has never happened before, and I've tried turning it on a couple of times with the same result. I'm not sure what's going on or how to fix it.

There might be a short somewhere in your system. Instead of jumping to replacing the circuit breaker, I’d recommend asking experts over at an electrician forum. It could be that something with your PC is shorting out, or maybe there's another issue on the circuit that your computer is triggering.
Just be cautious and get professional advice first!

Thanks for the suggestion! I will reach out to an electrician. I might also take my PC to a service center to check for any internal issues.

It sounds like there might be something else on that same circuit that's drawing too much power. In the US, most breakers can handle up to 1500 watts. I’d suggest checking if there are any other appliances sharing that circuit that could be causing the issue.
