My PC crashed, and ever since then, it hasn't been able to reconnect to the internet. Before the crash, everything was working perfectly. I've tried a bunch of troubleshooting steps like uninstalling the network drivers, resetting my computer and router, and even doing a full network reset. I use powerline adapters because I can't run a direct Ethernet cable to my PC, and they both have all three green lights on, indicating they're working. I've power cycled them just to be safe, but I'm still stuck. Windows' diagnostic tool isn't helping either; it's just telling me it can't reach the DNS server. I would really appreciate any suggestions to get my internet back up and running!

Since you mentioned that when you plugged an Ethernet cable into your laptop it worked, it sounds like the issue is on the PC side. Maybe double-check the network settings or try resetting the network stack using the command `netsh int ip reset`.
Try opening the Command Prompt and typing `ipconfig /all`. If the output shows an IP address starting with 169.xxx.xxx.xxx, it means your adapter is operational but not getting the right IP address from the router.
Make sure to power cycle both powerline adapters again, just to rule out any connection issues.
