I've been having issues with my PC freezing unexpectedly and requiring a manual restart after I replaced the motherboard and CPU. From the Event Viewer, I keep getting a message stating that a fatal hardware error has occurred. I'm worried something might be failing, but I'm not sure which component it could be. Here are the details of my setup:
- Motherboard: ASRock B760M-H/M.2
- CPU: Intel i5 12400F
- GPU: ASUS Prime RTX 5070 OC
- PSU: Corsair RM750x
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance 6000MHz 32GB (2x16)

Check if your RAM is seated correctly. It could also be that the new motherboard needs a BIOS update to support your CPU or RAM speeds effectively.

Sounds like it could be a compatibility issue. Since you swapped out the motherboard, make sure your RAM is compatible with it. Sometimes, even if the specs look right, there can be subtle incompatibilities that cause issues like this.

You mentioned the PSU, right? If it's not delivering enough power to the components, that could trigger hardware errors as well. Make sure everything is connected properly and you’ve got adequate power.
