My PC was working perfectly until yesterday when it just refused to connect to the internet. All my other devices are still online, but my PC won't budge. I usually connect it with an ethernet cable, which works fine on other devices. I've tried a bunch of fixes like using the command prompt, resetting the network, and even a system restore, but nothing seems to help. I really need some advice to resolve this issue!

You might want to try pinging 8.8.8.8 or google.com. It’s a quick way to see if there’s a response and could help in narrowing down the problem.
Your network adapter might have failed. It'd be good to check if it shows any signs of issues in the Device Manager. If it's listed as disabled or has a warning symbol, that could explain your connectivity problems.
Have you considered flushing the DNS cache or renewing the DHCP lease? It sounds like your PC recognizes the ethernet cable is connected, but it might be stuck on 'identifying'—that usually points to a network issue. Could you clarify what's happening when you say it "refuses to connect"?
Did you perhaps have a software update recently that might have affected your network drivers? It's worth checking, as updates can sometimes mess things up just like that.
