I tried to clean up my PC by deleting temporary files using the %temp% command in the Windows search bar. After the deletion process was complete, my computer crashed and now it only shows a black screen with a loading cursor. The only thing I can access is the BIOS. I'm looking for help on how to fix this issue and get my PC working again.

Sounds like you might have removed something crucial by accident. When you delete temp files, it’s generally safe, but sometimes if your system was running poorly, it could lead to issues. I’d recommend trying to boot your PC in Safe Mode first. You can usually do this by pressing F8 or holding Shift while booting up. Once you’re in Safe Mode, see if you can restore any missing files or at least access your system settings.
I dealt with something similar once! If you have access to the BIOS, try checking your boot settings. Make sure your primary hard drive is selected as the first boot option. If that doesn’t help, you might need to create a Windows recovery USB on another computer to repair your current installation. It sounds like your system might need a bit of a reset.
