Help! My PC Won’t Boot After Multiple Tests

Hey everyone! I got a little problem with my PC that I hope someone can help me with. About two years ago, I built my system with some pretty high-end components, including a 13900k CPU, 4090RTX GPU, and a bunch of other cool stuff. Unfortunately, around 8 weeks back, my PC crashed and I've been getting this weird error code: 1 long beep followed by 3 short beeps.

I did a thorough check, testing all components separately in other systems, and everything seems to be working except for the motherboard and CPU, which I couldn't confirm directly. I sent them back under warranty, received them back tested as fine, but when I reinstalled them, the error persisted. I stripped everything down to just the essentials and still no luck—same error again.

The motherboard showed some bent socket pins which I didn't expect at all, so I replaced it with a new one. But here's the kicker: my PC still won't start after swapping in the new board with the same CPU!

Could my PSU, even though it tests fine on its own, be the culprit and unable to power everything correctly? I'm running out of ideas and feeling a bit lost. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated!

You might want to try reinstalling the BIOS using the EZ-Flash utility. Sometimes that can help even if the system isn't booting properly. Also, your CPU and motherboard should support onboard graphics. Have you tried removing the GPU and connecting the display to the motherboard directly? It's possible that your PSU could be causing issues, but if your GPU lights up and the fans are running, the root problem is probably somewhere else.

So, here's a quick update from my side. I had a breakthrough! After dropping my PC just a little (only about half an inch, I swear!), it turned on and booted as normal when I connected the onboard graphics. There’s still no display with the GPU connected, but at least the PC turns on as long as I have the onboard graphics plugged in. I tested my RTX 4090 in another system and it works perfectly, so I'm really confused about the next steps!
