I recently built a new PC, and everything was running smoothly up until I realized my SATA SSD wasn't plugged in during the Windows 11 installation process. After turning off the PC, I connected the SSD and now it refuses to boot. I'm seeing a quick red light flicker on the CPU section of the motherboard's status LED, and I can't get past that point.
My motherboard is an X870 AORUS ELITE WIFI7, and I have both an M.2 and a SATA SSD, with the OS typically installed on the SATA. On the first boot, the M.2 wasn't detected in BIOS, which is odd. When I press the power button, the fans barely move, as if they're getting no power, and the status LEDs flash red quickly.
I did encounter a "fTPM/PSP NV corrupted" screen initially, but I'm unsure if that's relevant. If anyone has any insights or suggestions, I'd really appreciate the help!

It sounds like your system might not be able to post with the drives connected. Try disconnecting them entirely to see if you can access the BIOS. If you can get in this way, you might be able to troubleshoot what's going wrong with the drives. Let me know if that helps!
I unplugged the SATA and took out the USB but still no boot. Removing the M.2 would require me to take out my GPU due to how it’s positioned, so I haven't done that yet.
