I left my PC on sleep mode for about 30 minutes, and when I returned, it was completely frozen. I waited another 25 minutes, but nothing happened, so I turned off the power and then turned it back on. When I did, it seemed to auto-update something related to the disk, but I can't remember exactly what it said. Now my PC won't boot past the BIOS screen. I've already tried switching out and cleaning the RAM, as well as unplugging and re-plugging all the cables, but nothing works. What could be going wrong?

It sounds like your PC might have interrupted an important update when you powered it off. That can sometimes corrupt the Windows installation, and you might need to reinstall it using a USB drive. Have you tried booting from recovery options?
Before going for a complete reinstall, try resetting the BIOS to default settings. Sometimes a wrong configuration can prevent the PC from booting as well. And if that doesn't help, definitely consider a USB recovery option.
