Help! My PC Won’t Boot—What Should I Do?

I'm pretty new to building PCs and have been gaming smoothly on my brand new setup until yesterday. When I pressed the power button, my monitor didn't display anything and my peripherals aren't lighting up either. I've double-checked all the connections, re-seated both RAM sticks, and pulled out my GPU to reconnect it. The only thing I'm considering next is replacing the power supply. If it were a power supply issue, would the lights on my GPU still be on? The fans and RGB lights are working fine. Is there anything else I should try?

Don't forget to check the fuse in your power cable. Sometimes it's just a blown fuse that can cause this issue.

Make sure to check the breakers, especially for the power strip and the wall outlet. Just verify that you have power to everything before diving deeper!

If your motherboard has diagnostic LED lights, check those to see where it gets stuck during the boot process. Also, sharing your motherboard model could help us look up if it has them and where they're located. It's worth checking!

Have you tried resetting the CMOS? There's a small battery on your motherboard you can remove for about 10 seconds, then put it back in and try booting up again. It might just fix the issue!
