I'm having trouble getting my PC to connect to WiFi even though my phone connects just fine. I've attempted to update my drivers directly from the ASUS website and restarted the PC, but that didn't work. I read somewhere about disabling the WiFi adapter drivers, but when I tried that, I couldn't even connect to the network. I'm not very tech-savvy and I'm feeling stuck here. I have an ASUS TUF Gaming A15 (Model FA506NC). Any suggestions?

If you haven't connected to the WiFi before, try going to your network settings, then finding the WiFi section. Just click on 'Forget' for any networks listed, then reconnect from scratch. Sometimes resetting the connection helps!

I haven't connected via my PC before, so I don't have it as a known network.
