Help! My PC Won’t Start After Changing RAM and BIOS Settings

I upgraded my PC by adding a new 2GB RAM stick to my existing 2GB stick. At first, everything was fine, but then I tried to add another 2GB stick that requires more power and tweaked some BIOS settings like overvoltage control. Now my PC won't even boot up, even when I remove both new sticks. I'm desperate to get back into the BIOS to reset the settings. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

You might want to try clearing the CMOS settings to get everything back to default. If your PC is older and using those 2GB sticks, a reset could help.

How do I clear the CMOS? Is it just a matter of replacing the battery?
