Help! My PC Won’t Start After Trying to Enable Secure Boot for BF6

I've had my PC for over a year with no issues until today. I was just trying to enter the BIOS to enable secure boot, which I need for playing BF6, but I got a warning saying my PC was starting in safe mode. I turned it off because there was nothing I could do, but when I tried to power it back on, it wouldn't boot up at all. The RGB lights are on, and the liquid cooler display is working, but the motherboard has an orange light that I've never seen before. Here's my PC part list for reference: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Chaos121212/saved/#view=Z7YgP6

Just a heads up, the orange light could indicate a RAM or power supply issue. If you’ve already tried a single stick of RAM and it switched to a white light, that usually points to a GPU problem. Even if the GPU fans are spinning, it might still be worth reseating it or checking the connections.

First, check your motherboard manual to see what the orange light means. It could be a debug light that indicates an issue. A few things you can try: perform a CMOS reset to reset the BIOS settings, try re-flashing the BIOS with the flash button on your motherboard (the manual should have details on this), and pull out all but one stick of RAM to see if that helps. Also, double-check all power connections to your motherboard and GPU.

You may want to double-check that PCPartPicker link since it seems like it might be incorrect. Make sure you're using the permalink or check if you can create an anonymous one. Also, here’s a tip: use a table format for better visibility!
