Help! My PC Won’t Start After Upgrading CPU and AIO Cooler

I just got back from a trip to the US, and my PC won't turn on after upgrading my CPU and installing a new AIO cooler. It was working fine two days ago! I've followed a few troubleshooting steps: I checked the PSU using the pin method, and it worked, plus the motherboard lights are on. I tried removing the GPU and RAM, but still got no power. I've also unplugged the CPU power cable and F-Panel connector, but none of these helped. I'm at a loss for what to do next before considering taking it to a repair shop. Here are my specs: Ryzen 7 9800x3d, 4080 Super, Asus ROG 650e ITX, 32GB Flare RAM, and a 1000 Watt SFX Corsair PSU.

Check if all your cables are securely connected. I once had a similar issue where my 24-pin connector wasn't pushed in all the way. Also, if you still had your old CPU, it might be worth trying it to see if the new one is the problem. What lights are showing on your motherboard? They can give clues about what’s going wrong.

You might need to update your BIOS for the motherboard to recognize the new CPU. There's a BIOS flashback feature that could help with that. Just make sure to do this after you put everything back together. Good luck!
