Help! My PC won’t start and shows an error: ‘The system cannot find the file specified’

Hey everyone, I was using my PC last night and let it go into sleep mode. Today, when I tried to wake it up, I got this weird message saying, 'The system cannot find the file specified.' The only thing I can do is click 'OK', but it just puts me in this infinite loop where nothing else works. I've tried restarting and even hard restarting, but nothing changes. Most of the solutions I found online seem to assume that people can still access their desktop, which I can't. Has anyone dealt with this issue or have any suggestions on how to fix it? I'd really appreciate any help! Thanks!

Have you thought about trying to boot your computer in safe mode? It might help you bypass that error loop. Safe mode loads with minimal drivers, so if there's an issue with a file or driver, you might be able to fix it there.

I'm not exactly sure how to boot into safe mode since I can't get past this loop. Any steps you could suggest?
