I was using my PC about 12 hours ago, and I turned it off through Windows before going to bed. When I tried to power it on today, nothing happened at all—no RGB lights, no fans kicking in, nothing from the GPU either. I attempted a capacitor discharge and disconnected everything from the back panel, but it's still not responding. I really doubt it's the power supply since I made sure to get a good quality (A tier) one from the SU tier list on Cultists Network.

It sounds like there could be a couple of issues. First, check if the cables connecting your case's power button are loose; that might be the reason it's not powering on. If that's not it, then it's possible that your PSU could be dead, despite it being a decent quality one.
Manufacturer issues can happen even with high-quality components. You could buy a top-notch Platinum-rated PSU and still have it fail unexpectedly. It really sucks when something like this happens, especially when you're busy with finals.
