Help! My PC’s display glitches during cold boot

I'm experiencing a strange issue where my monitor glitches when I first start up my PC after it's been off for a while. The longer the PC stays off, the worse the glitches seem to get, and I can even see it on the monitor's OSD (On-Screen Display). However, this glitching disappears just before the login screen appears. I've attached a link to an image of what it looks like in the BIOS. Can anyone suggest how to resolve this?

Have you tried updating the BIOS? That could help with display issues like these. Sometimes manufacturers release fixes for glitches in newer BIOS versions.

It sounds like it's definitely a monitor issue. I had similar glitches when using an old laptop with this monitor.

Yeah, I've updated the BIOS already. I also enabled CSM and lowered the refresh rate, but the problem persists.

I’m a bit lost on what exactly to look for in that image you shared, but since the OSD is showing artifacts too, it seems likely to be a monitor issue. Have you checked for any loose connections or tried a different cable?

There are some weird red and green hues and odd lines in the BIOS image. I suspect it's the monitor not rendering the BIOS resolution correctly. Any tips on fixing that?
