I'm really worried because I see someone remotely controlling my PC and even my phone. I tried reinstalling Windows and created a new Gmail account, but it still got compromised. I notice random typing, new windows opening, and even the volume adjusting by itself. Can anyone suggest solid solutions to fix this?

If you haven’t done this already, unplug your Ethernet cable or turn off your router. Disabling WiFi and making sure your machine isn’t connected to the internet is a smart move while you sort this out.

Definitely pull the Ethernet plug from your PC while you reinstall Windows. Also, don’t forget to change your router password afterwards to ensure they can’t get back in.

Honestly, just reinstalling Windows should fix this. It’s hard to track down a RAT and eliminate all its hiding spots. If you create a new Windows installation USB on a different, secure computer, you’ll ensure everything gets wiped clean when you install it.

The first thing I’d say is to completely reinstall Windows from scratch. Don’t just reset it—boot from a USB and wipe the partition before installing. That way you’re starting fresh without any trace of hacks.
