I'm having a frustrating issue with my Vivo V15 where spam apps keep downloading themselves even after I delete them repeatedly. I've linked an image for reference. What can I do to stop this from happening?

Honestly, if it's a spam issue that persists, one suggestion is to consider getting a different phone. Some manufacturers or carriers may get paid for pushing certain apps to your device. Also, check if there's a downloader app you can disable, depending on your phone.
It sounds like you might have a virus on your phone. You should definitely look into that.
From what I've gathered, it seems like there's a malware app that's causing the downloads. Some users have had luck using an antivirus, but I wouldn't recommend that. Instead, try running a scan with Play Protect to see if it flags anything. If that doesn't help, uninstall any apps that aren't trusted. If the problem still persists, back up your data and consider doing a factory reset. If even that fails, reaching out to Vivo support may be your best bet.
Just keep in mind that sometimes it can also be related to your carrier.
