Help! My RTX 3060 is Disconnecting During Programs

I have a Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 Twin Edge OC 12GB graphics card, and I've been having a frustrating issue where it keeps disconnecting while running programs. Specifically, whenever I try to use Blender or play games like Baldur's Gate 3 or Minecraft with shaders, it crashes. The error logs point to losing connection to DirectX 3D and the card itself. I've tried updating my drivers, changing monitors, tweaking the PCIe setting to type 4, checking cables, and even cleaning the graphics card, but the problem persists. It mostly happens with 3D games and certain applications, while non-shader Minecraft runs fine.

Have you checked your GPU temperatures? Sometimes overheating can cause disconnections. Just a thought—give it a look!

Yeah, I checked the temps, and they seem fine. It doesn't get too hot at all! I tried loading BG3 with different settings and it loads a bit, but it still glitches a lot. My frames are solid though, so I don't think that's the issue.

You might want to completely uninstall all drivers and software related to your graphics card. After doing that, restart your PC and let Windows reinstall the basic drivers. It could help clear out any conflicts. Let me know if that helps!
