I recently bought an RTX 5060 Ti graphics card, but I'm having a major issue. After completely uninstalling the previous driver using DDU, I installed the driver for my new card. However, immediately after the installation completes, the screen goes black, and my PC becomes unresponsive. Has anyone else experienced this? What could be the problem?

Check your cables! If you're using DisplayPort, it might be worth switching to HDMI instead. Nvidia's drivers can be really picky with DisplayPort connections right now.
It sounds like your card might be dead or failing. I'd recommend trying to test it in a different, known-working PC to see if the same issue happens. If it does, it's likely time to RMA it.
I faced a similar problem with a second-hand 4090 card. Everything worked fine in safe mode, but once I tried installing the drivers, my screen went black, and the GPU fans stopped spinning. Just like I encountered, it could be that your card is just dead. If your PC's rebooting after a long wait at the black screen, that's also a bad sign. Honestly, RMA it and spare yourself the headache. By the way, have you noticed if your loading circle freezes at Windows boot? That was an issue for some cards that got fixed with a BIOS update.
Thanks for the advice! I will definitely RMA and get a replacement.
