I've just swapped out my old 6500XT for a shiny new RX 7900XTX (the white Tachi model), but now my monitor's not detecting anything, and the GPU fans aren't spinning. Everything else in my PC seems to be working fine—the lights come on, and the CPU and case fans are running without issues. I'm starting to think it might be a power supply problem since I have an 800W unit that only has two 8-pin cables, but the GPU needs three. Can anyone help with some troubleshooting tips? I also followed a guide to uninstall the drivers before the swap.

Did you double-check that all three power connectors are plugged in? While some use pigtails to manage multiple connections, it's not the best approach. At least with all three plugged in, you should get a signal. If you can't find a third cable, it might be time to look at the cables you have and make sure there aren't any extras hiding in the case!
I don’t think I found three connectors. Getting inside my case is a challenge! Also, what's a pigtail?
